Dining Hall tips!
As we all know college is a stressful time where eating and sleeping seem to be low on the totem pole. However, this is NOT the time to start unhealthy eating habits (or continue in your unhealthy habits! :/)!! Here is a great blog link that I found that gives some good tips to eating healthy both at college and in preparation for the future. With Maranatha's fabulous dinning hall, we should probably all take into consideration some of these tips!
