I am sick!

Being sick in college is absolutely no fun! Here are some reminders that might come in handy as you pack for college.

Vitamin C
           -REALLY important for keeping you immunity strong!

a NON-drowsy decongestant
          -you'll need something to help keep your nose from running all day
Nyquil (or something like it to help you sleep)
         -sleep is really important at college and for helping your    body rejuvenate, if you are sick you do
          NOT want that to inhibit sleep! (make sure if you do take nyquil that you can devote about hours of sleep, otherwise you will be groggy)
Tissues with lotion
        - after blowing your nose for about 3 days straight you will look like rudolph the red nose reindeer
          unless you take care of your nose! Good kleenex helps!
Tea
       - chamomile, green.....it doesn't matter! Tea is very healthy for you as well as will feel amazing on a
          sore throat and will clean up stuffy sinuses! (if you really want to treat yourself buy a small jar of
           honey for a sweet kick to your tea)
Vapo Rub
      - yes, your roommates may hate you, but you will be able to breathe! Put it under your nose and on
        your chest for helping for your nighttime breathing!
